The project is designed on the following basis:
  1.   A task assigned by the Investor Stoyan Velkov Manev;

  2.   A plan with visa, issued by the Chief Architect of the Municipality of Panagurishte .The building is located in the village of Buta , ÓÏÈ Õ – 462, quadrant 51 and it is situated in compliance with the plan.

      The latter consists of an underground garage at elevation - 2.40, main floor at elevation ± 0.00, attic at elevation +2.80 and garage at the level of the main floor, with spread out built area of 199,85 square meters. The underground floor consists of one cellar. The main floor consists of the following premises: entrance, living room with dining area, one bedroom, two bathrooms with WC and terrace. The attic consists of one bedroom, bathroom with WC and a closet. The entrance of the building is westwards, and the entrance to the garage is also westwards. The roof is four sloped. The slabs are replaced with trimmer joists, lagged with wooden plank-board flooring or plasterboard, and the space between the joists is filled with heat-insulation material. The surrounding walls are from lattice bricks. The wooden roof construction is safeguarded according the anti-fire requirements.

      For the facade are used the following building materials – stone lining for the foundations and the façade facing the street up to the level of the garage and white coarse sprinkled plaster on the walls.  The flooring of the first floor is envisaged to be lined with laminated parquet and the bathrooms with terracotta tiles.
